Glenbard hosts first INTOUCH (Illinois Network To Organize the Understanding of Community Health) of school year

The Glenbard district offices, 671 Crescent Blvd., will host the first INTOUCH event of the 2010-2011 school year. INTOUCH (Illinois Network To Organize the Understanding of Community Health), will be presenting on the topic, Obsessive Compulsive and Related Anxiety Disorders.

Participants will learn:

•       What is an obsession, a panic disorder, social phobia, a compulsion and generalized anxiety disorder?

•       Is it possible to "grow out" of OCD?

•       Does it run in families?

•       How can school personnel help students and families cope?
