FREE: Mission at Home Medical Clinic with a Variety of Services
A team of physicians and partners will be serving local families with a HUGE variety of health and social services.
ICNA Relief is pleased to announce an amazing service to the community! ICNA Relief is partnering with AMITA Health to provide a FREE Mission at Home clinic on June 19 from 8 AM to 5 PM at the Glendale Heights Sports Hub. A team of physicians and partners will be serving local families with a HUGE variety of services, including:
Physical Exams
Dental Exams
Lab Screenings
Pediatrics
Physical Therapy
Pharmacy
Halal Food Bags
COVID-19 Vaccines
AND MORE!
Stop by this Saturday, June 19, from 8 AM to 5 PM at the Glendale Heights Sports Hub (250 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights, IL 60139).
Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
