Glen Ellyn Coronavirus Update: 342 New Cases In Past 2 Weeks

Since March, Glen Ellyn has reported 1,127 cases of coronavirus.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — In Glen Ellyn, the number of coronavirus cases has increased by 342 in the past two weeks, according to information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD).

On Oct. 28, the village had reported 785 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 1,127 as of Nov. 11.

To date, there have been a total of five coronavirus-related deaths in the village, DCHD reports.

The number of coronavirus cases in nearby Wheaton has increased by 548 cases in the past two weeks.

As of Oct. 28, there had been 984 cases reported in Wheaton. The total number of cases reported in Wheaton as of Nov. 11 was 1,532.
