Glen Ellyn Firefighters Battle Blaze On Hill Avenue

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn firefighters battled a blaze that broke out in a home in the 21W300 block of Hill Avenue on Valentine's Day.

Fire crews were called to the scene just before 9:30 a.m. to find fire coming from windows on the roof. Heavy fire was found in the home's second-story bedrooms and in the attic.

Fire officials say no one was home at the time of the blaze and no one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
