Glen Ellyn To Hold Meeting On 'Avere On Duane' Luxury Apartments
The Avere on Duane would feature 48 luxury apartments near Glen Ellyn Public Library.
GLEN ELLYN, IL -- Glen Ellyn residents are invited to attend a public hearing on June 20 to review and share feedback about proposed plans to build a luxury apartment complex on Duane Avenue. The project would feature 48 luxury apartment units, an underground parking garage, and additional parking on a one-acre development that would be called Avere on Duane.
The proposed four-story structure would be located on Duance Avenue between Prospect and Melrose Avenues. The apartments would range in size from around 868 square feet to 1,615 square feet and are within walking distance from Glen Ellyn Public Library.
At the June 20 hearing, the developers, Reva Development Partners, will present their requests to village planning commission and those members of the public in attendance. Plans for Avere on Duane are set to be presented to the Glen Ellyn Village Board on July 8.
