Glen Ellyn Man Wins $2M on Instant Lottery Ticket

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Robert Deitch, of Glen Ellyn, was on his way to work when he bought a scratch-off lottery ticket that left him $2 million richer. Deitch bought the winning ticket at Gateway Newstand, 2 N. Riverside Plaza, in Chicago, according to a press release.

The lucky game was called 50X The Money, an instant win ticket with $2 million as the top prize. Deitch chose to get his winnings in one lump sum. He plans to "buy a couple of things and then invest the rest."
