Glen Ellyn Police Investigating Commercial Burglaries on Roosevelt

Several businesses on the 500 and 600 blocks of Roosevelt Road were burglarized Jan. 18, Glen Ellyn police reported. 

Police responded to an activated burglar alarm at Radio Shack, 553 Roosevelt Road, at 2:48 a.m., and found the business had been burglarized. 

2Q4U Nail Salon, next door at 557 Roosevelt, and Nail Tek, on the 600 block of Roosevelt, also had been burglarized. The front doors of all three businesses were shattered with an unknown object. 

A list of items taken from Radio Shack and 2Q4U was not provided by police. A Samsung television was damaged at Nail Tek, but nothing appeared to be missing, police said.
