Glenbard West Dance Team Earns Trip to State
The dance team tied for sixth place at a Class 3A sectional competition over the weekend.

The Glenbard West High School dance team is state bound.
Glenbard West narrowly made the cut to qualify for the state meet, finishing with a tie for sixth place with South High School at the Class 3A sectional competition in Rolling Meadows over the weekend, according to results posted on the IHSA website. The top six places advance to state.
Other local high schools to qualify for state include: St. Francis High School, Wheaton Warrenville High School and Glenbard North.
The state finals will be held on Jan. 29 and 30 at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington.
