Local Election Results: Glen Ellyn School District 41
Seven candidates competed for three spots on the school board.
At the end of the night on Tuesday, with 100 percent of precincts reporting, Erika Nelson appears to have kept her seat on the Glen Ellyn District 41 School Board with 1611 votes. She was the only incumbent running for the board. The preliminary results show she is joined by newcomers Stephanie Clark at 1,680 votes and Kurt Buchholz at 1,659 votes.
Clark and Buchholz ran as a slate for the three seats on the board with challenger Kevin Rath
Rath had 1170 votes.

The board seats of incumbents Drew Ellis, Dean Elger, Joe Bochenski and Patrick Escalante will be up for a vote in April 2017.
