More Eateries Join Glen Ellyn Restaurant Week Roundup

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn Restaurant Week kicked off Monday and the list of participating restaurants has expanded. So far, at least two dozen restaurants are set to offer discounts and special menu items in honor of the village's recent declaration of Sept. 21 through 27 as restaurant week.

• Marinella's Ristorante Italiano

• North Side Sports Bar and Grill

• Santa Fe Restaurant

“The mission for the Glen Ellyn Restaurant Week is to highlight the wide-ranging dining options and support our beloved restaurants. We are encouraging our restaurants to be creative and show off their culinary skills," Dawn Smith, Executive Director of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce said in a news release. Smith added, “This is the ideal time for visitors and residents to experience our diverse and vibrant dining scene, as well as, it is the perfect opportunity for a day of shopping and find all what Glen Ellyn has to offer.”
