Noon Whistle Brewing Adds Kitchen, Expands Taproom In Lombard
The food menu features charcuterie plates, flatbreads and more.

LOMBARD, IL — Customers at Noon Whistle Brewing Company can now order eats while they drink. The Lombard brewery recently added a kitchen and expanded its taproom area.
The new food menu features a variety of shareable items and entrées, many of which are made with locally sourced ingredients. Diners can dig into charcuterie plates, munch on bourbon-candied bacon, or try their hands at a giant pretzel. Other delectable options include seasonal flatbread, grilled cheese panini and shrimp tacos, in addition to salads and other handheld eats.
Noon Whistle Brewing Company Chef Darrin Dybas said in a press release, "I plan to unapologetically infuse our beer into many of the dishes, within reason. There will be shareables, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads and main entrées but the food will rotate often just like the beer."
