Park Boulevard, Roosevelt Road Construction Updates
Park Boulevard is expected to reopen to two-way traffic by Nov. 16.
GLEN ELLYN, IL --- Crews are getting ready to wrap up construction on Park Boulevard and add a layer of asphalt to Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn in the coming weeks. The work on Park Boulevard will wrap up a resurfacing project that began in early summer.
Contractors will be paving the westbound lane of Roosevelt Road starting Oct. 26. The road work will cause daytime lane closures and delays, according to a press release from Glen Ellyn officials.
The final layer of asphalt will be paved on Park Boulevard between Roosevelt and Fairview to complete the ongoing work on that stretch of road. Officials anticipate that Park Boulevard will reopen to two-way traffic by Nov. 16.
