Rock Climb for Halloween Treats on Oct. 19

Let your kids climb for candy at the Trick-Or-Treat Climb on Saturday, October 19th.

Kids ages 5-11 will enjoy a morning of climbing and candy at Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center (800 St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn) on October 19, when the facility once again presents its popular Trick-or-Treat Climbs. Participants can scale the indoor rock wall in costume as they seek the sweet taste of success. The higher they climb, the better the treats! Registration is required for the one-hour events, which take place starting at 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. The fee is $15 for Glen Ellyn Park District residents ($20 for nonresidents).

Sign up is limited for each time slot and can be completed online at www.gepark.org/register. For more information about the events, please contact Chad Shingler at cshingler@gepark.org or (630) 317-0137.
