The Wheaton Public Library soon could be the one-stop location for residents to enjoy a steaming cup of coffee, as well as a steamy E.L. James novel.

This fall, officials want to begin accepting bids from parties interested in opening a coffee shop in the library’s Parkview Commons, the Chicago Tribune reports. That area has always been intended to be used as a cafe, and it’s currently home to vending machines and a small eating space, the report added.

Motivation to add a cafe comes on the heels of the results of a recent community assessment survey of the library, the report stated. Of the 900 people who responded, a third of them wanted a facility where they could study, read or work, according to the report. Some respondents also said they wanted the library to be more like a Starbucks or Barnes and Noble book store, the report added.
