Astellas Exec Buys Glenview Home for $2.3 Million
The Chatham Road property sold last month to the new vice president of global development operations.
Eric Terhaerdt, an Astellas Pharma executive based out of Northbrook, paid $2.3 million for a six-bedroom home in Glenview recently.
Terhaerdt joined Astellas in January as vice president of global development operations. He and his wife, Jitka, bought the Chatham Road home last month, according to Crain’s Chicago.
Previous owners Robert and Rita O’Brien listed the 6,200-square-foot house for just under $2.48 million, but made the sale for slightly less on August 10.

The home includes a library trimmed in custom millwork and a master suite with a fireplace and two walk-in closets.
