Chicago Bears Player Buys Townhouse in Glenview

A modest home lifestyle awaits Center Hroniss Grasu.

Center Hroniss Grasu, who has been on the team’s injured reserve all year after tearing his ACL during the preseason, paid $460,000 for the two-bedroom home, according to a Chicago Tribune Elite Street report.

The townhome was listed at $479,000 and then price dropped to $469,000. It has 2½ baths, “a finished lower level, hardwood floors throughout, a tray ceiling in the master bedroom and a living room with a fireplace,” according to Elite Street.
