Price for home on Churchill Lane is more in line with mansions on the lakefront.
HIGHLAND PARK, IL - A home on Churchill Lane sold for $3.65 million last month, according to a Crain’s Chicago report.
Sellers Ted and Laura Foxman listed the 10,000-square-foot home on the marker for $5.9 million in June.
It’s no ordinary home, as it is located in western Highland Park but went for a price normally earmarked for mansions near the lakefront.
