North Shore's First Craft Beer Festival
Craft beer drinkers rejoice! The North Shore’s First Craft Beer Festival is heading to Highwood’s Everts Park (130 Highwood Avenue) on Saturday,Â
from noon-4:30 p.m.
Highwood’s Craft Beer Festival will feature many seasonal and year-round brews from small local independent breweries to some of the best-known microbreweries nationwide. Attendees will be able to sample from 35 breweries offering some 70 different beers.Â
Buddy Guy at Ravinia
Legendary Chicago native and recent Kennedy Center honoree Buddy Guy will be performing at Ravinia Festival on a double bill with "Bad to the Bone" artist George Thorogood & the Destroyers on Saturday.

Buddy Guy at Ravinia
Legendary Chicago native and recent Kennedy Center honoree Buddy Guy will be performing at Ravinia Festival on a double bill with "Bad to the Bone" artist George Thorogood & the Destroyers on Saturday.
Thorogood has released 16 studio albums, including two certified platinum and six certified gold, and has sold 15 million albums worldwide.
Tickets: $85-$75/ Lawn $33/ Park opens at 5 p.m.
