Driver Exposes Himself, Gets Arrested

Frank Weglarz, 29, of Highland Park was arrested July 12 for public indecency, according to Deerfield Police reports.Â
Police received a report Weglarz was driving next to a female driver on Waukegan Road from Lake Cook Road to Deerfield Road, according to the report. As they were driving in their separate cars, the operator of the other car reported Weglarz was exposing himself to her.
He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 8:45 a.m. August 12 in Waukegan. Â
