HIGHLAND PARK, IL — Highland Park city staff are conducting a survey of local business owners about the impact of the coronavirus on their operations ahead of a planned virtual town hall meeting with state and local officials.

The survey is aimed at giving city staff a better idea of the challenges and needs of local businesses ahead of the planned phased reopening of the economy under Gov. J.B. Pritzker's five-stage "Restore Illinois" plan.

It asks business owners how long they expect it will take for demand to increase and output to return to pre-crisis levels, what would be most useful to get ready to reopen, what factors influence their reopening decisions and more.
