Highland Park Man Charged with Public Indecency
A 58-year-old allegedly exposed himself at the corner of Elm Street and Green Bay Road, according to Winnetka Police.

James L. Corcoran, 58, of Highland Park, is being charged with public indecency on March 9, Winnetka Police reports state.
The arrest was made subsequent to a report of a man in the street at the intersection of Elm Street and Green Bay Road with his pants partially down, exposing himself.
