Highland Park Market Trends for November 2016

Highland Park home sales for the month of November rose in volume by 4.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 9.7% from $532,500 to $481,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 16.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 21.6% from $612,500 to $480,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 40%, while the median sale price rose by 64.5% from $387,050 to $636,750.
