Tammy Fuller (47) of the 200 block of Woodland Drive, Mount Prospect was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and open transportation of alcohol after police responded to a driving complaint near the intersection of Deerfield Road and Evergreen Way, Highland Park. Fuller was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 21, 2013 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois.

Ashley Davy (21) of the 200 block of Aspen Lane, Highland Park was arrested and charged with endangering the life/health of a child after police were called to a report of an intoxicated person caring for children at a park in the 1300 block of Clavey Road, Highland Park. Davy was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 7, 2013 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois.

Steven Feinstein (48) of the 1400 block of Lincoln Place, Highland Park was arrested and charged with theft after police were called for a report of a theft of three 5x5 wrought iron fence pieces from a residence in the 3000 block of University Avenue, Highland Park. Feinstein was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 12, 2013 at 301 Greenleaf Street, Park City, Illinois.

CONSUMPTION & POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL BY MINOR

Police responded to a report of a loud party in the 1700 block of Ridgelee Road, Highland Park. Officers located a parked van that contained alcohol with 2 individuals inside. Daniel Bersh(18) of the 1100 block of Linden Avenue, Deerfield, Mitchell Babendir (18) of the 1400 block of Northwoods Avenue, Deerfield, and Steven Mages (18) of the 1300 block of Carlisle Place, Deerfield were cited administratively for consumption of alcohol by minor. Spencer Brailov (18) of the 1500 block of Stratford Road, Deerfield and James Kirby (18) of the 500 block of Longfellow Lane, Deerfield were cited administratively for possession of alcohol by minor. All 5 minors are expected in administrative court at City Hall, 1707 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park on July 3, 2013.

Ronald McClendon (36) of the 7500 block of South May, Chicago was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence with no valid drivers license, driving under the influence, child endangerment and improper lane usage after police responded to a driving complaint in the 3600 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. McClendon was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois pending court date.

Police are investigating a report of a theft. It was reported a HPHS Giants basketball yard sign was taken from a front yard sometime between May 21, 2013 and May 22, 2013 around 4:00 PM. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Cedar Avenue, Highland Park.

Police are investigating a report of a theft. It was reported that a large men's Trek mountain bike (blue) and unknown make women's mountain bike (silver) taken from a driveway between 10:15pm and 10:45pm. The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Murphy Road, Highland Park.

Police are investigating a report of a criminal damage to property. It was reported that at 10:45pm, a water balloon was thrown at a front residential window causing it to shatter. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Arlington Avenue, Highland Park.
RETAIL THEFT

Police are investigating a report of a retail theft. It was reported that 2 packs of diapers and 1 can of infant formula were shoplifted around 5:35pm. A large number of disposable razors and baby supplies are also missing. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Elm Place, Highland Park.
