Lakefront Highland Park Mansion Lists as 2nd Priciest Property in Town
Home on Crescent Court offers a private shoreline and several amenities.

If the Michael Jordan of homes on the North Shore is Michael Jordan’s home, this new listing in Highland Park at least gets comparison to the likes of Shaquille O’Neal, Tim Duncan, Hakeem Olajuwon or Kobe Bryant. A title winning property, but not one that can compare to Jordan’s.
A Tony Grunsfeld-designed home with eight bedrooms, ten full baths and more than 400 feet of private Lake Michigan shoreline on Crescent Court was listed last month for $13.5 million and is the second-highest priced house on the market in Highland Park and ninth overall in Chicagoland, Crain’s Chicago reports.
Lorry and Cara Lichtenstein are listed as the owners of the estate, which includes a swimming pool and multi-sport court adapted from a tennis court (not the regulation-size court that sits inside Jordan’s palace).
