Weigel, Casserly and Coe each shared their personal stories of success and failure. Weigel shared her realization that ego had inhibited her decision-making during a previous career transition. Casserly explained how she created a strategy to save for and purchase a much desired sailboat. Coe told of his early attempt at entrepreneurship in his 20s and 30s that ended badly and required a life reboot that ultimately led to his success and his desire to actively help others through mastermind groups.
