Woman Arrested for Being Disruptive at Ravinia

A man was also arrested at Ravinia for pot possession.

The following is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Possession of cannabis

Andrew Pagano, 26, of the 0-100 block of S. State St. in Chicago, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after being involved in an altercation while attending Ravinia Festival at 8:30 p.m. July 25. Pagano was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 11 court date.

Disorderly conduct at Ravinia

Nicholas Shirley, 26, of the 800 block of Summit in Wauconda, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after being disruptive while attending Ravinia Festival at 10 p.m. July 25. Shirley was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 13 court date.

Domestic battery

Russ Kroncke, 54, of the 1500 block of Sherwood Road in Highland Park, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after police responded to complaint in the 1500 block of Sherwood Road at 1:30 a.m. July 27. Kroncke was transported to bond court pending court date.

Driving with a suspended license

Mansie O’Leary, 62, of the 3200 block of Stratford Ct. in Lake Bluff, was arrested and charged at 7:30 p.m. July 21 with driving while license suspended and speeding after being stopped by police in the 3300 block of Skokie Valley Road. O’Leary was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 27 court date.

Jonathan Woods, 31, of the 4300 block of N. 62nd St. in Milwaukee, WI, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no rear taillights after being stopped by police in the 1400 block of Park Avenue West at 5:30 p.m. July 25. Woods was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 13 court date.

Jereme McGovern, 28, of the 1000 block of 52nd St. in Kenosha, WI, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, improper lane usage, uninsured motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped by police near Old Elm and Skokie Valley roads at 3 a.m. July 26. McGovern was released on a personal recognizance bond and an Aug. 27 court date.

Hosam Hweih, 41, of the 1500 block of 13th Street in Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding after being stopped by police in the 3100 block of Skokie Valley Road at 3 a.m. July 28. Hweih was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 27 court date.
