Another Flossmoor Keck and Keck ranch house — a four-bedroom residence on a 2.3-acre wooded lot at 1620 Cambridge Ave. —went on the market last month. And last week, the home's asking price was reduced by more than $25,000 to $449,500.

Built in 1958, the single-story home is 3,989 square feet, and it features the brothers' signature floor-to-ceiling windows and wall vents throughout. The house also includes new carpeting, an expansive kitchen with new appliances and three fireplaces.

Outside, the residence has a three-car garage and a clearing with a firepit. An orchard with trails leading to a creek also can be found on the property.
