Swedish Meatball Dinner to benefit local Children's Choir

CELEBRATE NATIONAL MEATBALL DAY – SWEDISH STYLE!

Celebrate National Meatball Day Swedish style with a benefit dinner for the Swedish American Children's Choir on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 4:30-7 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church,

8 S Lincoln St. in Batavia. The dinner will feature Swedish Meatballs and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables, Lingonberries, Swedish Rye bread and dessert.

Also featured will be a Swedish Gift items for purchase, Swedish and American Baked Goods

for sale, Swedish Antiques and more. All proceeds from the event benefit the choir performance tour fund.

The choir, in its 18th years, is the largest of its kind in the Midwest and comprised of children 4-17 from the Fox Valley and surrounding suburbs. They present performances of Swedish songs

and Scandinavian dances throughout the area.

Dinner tickets are by reservation only and carry out orders are available.

Tickets are $13 for Adults, $6.00 for children 3-10 years old and under 3 are free.
