“Our location in Huntley only 1.5 miles from the new I-90 interchange will allow us to be highly efficient in the transportation and logistical elements of our operations,” said Dan Schuld, RPS president. “Clearly, the new interchange was a significant positive factor in our decision to locate in Huntley.”
The move was facilitated by collaboration between the Village of Huntley and the McHenry County Economic Development Corporation.

“RPS Products is a great example of collaboration between company, municipality and county wide economic development_ a solid foundation that works for all parties and strengthens the economy,” said Pam Cumpata, president of the McHenry County Economic Development Corporation.
An important element in Huntley’s economic development activities includes diversification of the Village’s tax base, relying less on residential property taxes to support village services, Huntley Village President Charles Sass said.
