Job Fair to be Held for New Algonquin Goodwill Store

Goodwill Industries will be hosting a job fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 12 at the D’Andrea Conference Center located at 4419 North West Highway in Crystal Lake, to help staff its new Algonquin store scheduled to open in October 2014.

Goodwill will be interviewing applicants during the job fair. Available positions are Sales Associate, Textile Processor, Wares Processor, and Donation Attendant. Up to 37 positions are intended to be filled for the new store currently under construction on East Algonquin Road in the Algonquin Town Center.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work on weekends and nights. Current openings are all part-time with a schedule of up to 28 hours per week. Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois is a drug free workplace, and requires a successful pre-employment drug screening.
