No Charges Against Pastor In Child Porn Investigation
Police said nothing warranting criminal charges was found on items owned by Pastor Stephen Foster of Morning Star Church in Huntley.

HUNTLEY, IL - The pastor of a Huntley church won't be charged after a months-long investigation into child pornography that was found on a phone registering to him. Crystal Lake police confirmed recently that no charges will be filed against Stephen and Mary Foster of Morning Star Church and World Outreach Center, 41W350 Powers Road nine months after both their Crystal Lake home and Huntley church were raided, the Northwest Herald reports.
A police spokesman told the Herald that “nothing warranting criminal charges” was found on electronic devices seized in the February raid.
Stephen Foster was the subject of an investigation into child pornography that began last year when a Verizon employee reported seeing hundreds of suggestive or explicit pictures of boys between 4 and 10 years old on a phone brought to the store by a woman who said it belonged to Foster, her employer.
