No Results In Fox River Search For Missing Huntley Teen: Report
The teen's mother asks anyone within a few miles of Nish Road and Route 176 to 'please review any security footage.'

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — The mother of a Huntley teen who's been missing since the night of Friday, Aug. 30, said she will not stop searching for her son. According to a Facebook post written by Jody Beckford, a Wednesday search of the immediate area and bodies of water near Nish Road and Highview Road in McHenry County — where 18-year-old Aidan Beckford disappeared — didn't provide any results. WGN reported Wednesday morning that crews planned to search the Fox River that day for Beckford, although there is no confirmation he is in the body of water.
Nunda Rural Fire Protection District confirmed helping the McHenry County Sheriff's department in Wednesday's sonar search of the water.
In her Facebook post, the Beckford's mom added there's no information to indicate that the young man left the area, and said it's unlikely due to him not wearing shoes and not having his phone or wallet.
