4 Joliet Restaurants Get Liquor Licenses Approved By Council
Joliet's City Council offered no opposition to granting the four additional Class B liquor licenses, including one for Cracker Barrel.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet City Council, in unanimous votes, approved four new Class B liquor licenses at Tuesday night's meeting. The most widely known restaurant approved for a new liquor license was the Cracker Barrel restaurant located near the Interstate 80 exit at Houbolt Road at 1511 Riverboat Center Drive.
Separately, the Council voted on approving a liquor license for the Rosemary Cafe restaurant at 1730 Essington Road. Joliet restaurant owner Bill Dimitroulas opened the Rosemary Cafe in late December at the former Sonny's Delite on Essington Road.

The same Joliet businessman who owns the Rosemary Cafe, CUT 158 Chophouse and the Hamburgerseria restaurant also received approval at Tuesday night's meeting to obtain a liquor license for Juliet's Tavern, which is in downtown Joliet at the corner of Chicago and Cass Streets.
