4th DUI Charge For Joliet Woman After Latest Traffic Stop
The 49-year-old Sabrina Miller was arrested by Joliet police and booked into Will County's Jail on the afternoon of Jan. 24, records show

JOLIET, IL — A 49-year-old Joliet woman faces her fourth charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Joliet police arrested Sabrina Miller, who lives in the 800 block of Second Avenue, on Jan. 23.
Miller has been charged by the Will County State's Attorney with three counts of aggravated driving under the influence and one count of aggravated driving while license revoked.
According to court records, Joliet police arrested her on Jan. 23 after she was driving a Ford Fusion on Raynor Avenue with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more.

Miller has three prior DUI convictions: from September 1989 in DuPage County, September 1994 in Cook County and November 2013 in Will County, court documents show.
Miller's charge of aggravated driving while license revoked states that this marks the fourth time that Miller has been charged with the crime of having a driver's license that was suspended or revoked.

Miller was booked into the Will County Jail on the afternoon of Jan. 23. She was released from custody on Jan. 30 after posting 10 percent of her $50,000 bail, jail records show.
While she is awaiting trial, Miller was ordered not to drive a car or consume alcohol.
