Joliet Town & Country Lanes Split With Baby Q's
Joliet Town & Country officials told Patch they plan to find a new operator to run the restaurant inside the bowling alley.

JOLIET, IL — For more than two years, Baby Q's ran the indoor restaurant inside Joliet's Town & Country Lanes, but that partnership came to an end in recent days.
"They made the place their own, and we know they will be missed," Town & Country Lanes posted on its Facebook page. "We wish them all the best in the future. League bowlers, please feel free to bring or have food delivered to the center. "
On Thursday afternoon, Town & Country officials told Joliet Patch that Baby Q's will be moving its food truck elsewhere. The pink-painted food truck has been kept in the Joliet parking lot for the bowling alley at 2213 West Jefferson St.

Town & Country told Patch that it has not determined who will replace Baby's Q.
The summer months are typically less busy for the Joliet bowling alley, so that will give the staff plenty of time to examine their options.
"That's why we're not in a hurry to find anybody," the employee said. "For now, we've not made any decisions on what the plans are with that space. At some point, we will offer basic foods to our customers."
Town & Country said that Baby Q's will continue to operate the food truck, but that will be done from another location.
There is a good chance that Baby Q's will be invited back to Town & Country Lanes to do a daylong food truck event from the bowling alley's parking lot, perhaps in the summer months.
"We didn't want to part on bad ways," the Town & Country official added.
