Matthew J. Horn, 22, 3907 Pandola, Joliet, arrested by Illinois State Police District 5 and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 24 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sam Loyd, 32, 114 Anderson, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 23 on a charge of domestic battery.

Fidel Perez-Cervantes, 58, 201 Sherry, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 23 on warrants for aggravated battery and aggravated domestic battery.

Christopher E. Turano, 24, 20723 S. Oak Lane, Frankfort, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol content over .08.
