Brian Kerry McIntosh, 46, 1118 Elgin Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 30 on a charge of failure to report annually as a sex offender.

Darrell Deshun Smith, 39, 1948 Marlboro, Crest Hill, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 30 on a charge of domestic battery.

Lance C. Tucker, 26, 404 Sherman, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 30 on charges of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and obstructed front/side windshield and on a Will County warrant.
