Nicaela S. Foster, 28, 502 Emery, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 3 on charges of driver’s license expired for more than a year and speeding.

Marquel K. Jimerson, 18, 516 Algonquin, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 3 on a Will County warrant.

Jordan M. Rent, 23, 112 S. Joliet St., Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 3 on a charge of domestic battery and a parole violation.

Kevin Gerrard Watkins, 52, 205 Notre Dame, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 3 on charges of driving on a suspended license and registration light and released on a recognizance bond.
