Artesia N. Titus, 18, 1323 West Park, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 1 on charges of aggravated battery of a police officer, mob action, resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to a place of public amusement.
