Leroy Fulford, 35, 613 N. Raynor, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 6 on failure to report annually.

Katrell T. Graham, 26, 1461 Pioneer, Crest Hill, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 5 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Deirdre J. Kemp, 18, 910 Lilac, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 5 on charges of domestic battery and resisting a peace officer.
