Juan Antonio Garcia, 32, 6308 S. Archer, Chicago, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 9 on two counts of manufacture/delivery of other amount schedule I-II and possession of a firearm without an FOID card and one count each of possession of a look-alike substance and possession of ammunition without an FOID card.

Shonya Y. Knight, 39, 209 McRoberts, Joliet, arrested by the Lockport Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 10 on Will and Grundy county warrants.

Timothy J. Bailey, 41, 1725 Maple, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 9 on charges of driving on a revoked/suspended license, disregarding a stop sign, improper turn signal and operating an uninsured motor vehicle and released on a recognizance bond.
