Rasheed Aregbesola, 19, 219 Illinois, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office on Oct. 31 on a charge of possession of drug equipment and released on a recognizance bond.

Marshawn Hayes, 17, 502 Irene, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 30 on a charge of felony theft.

Steve Lamar Stroud, 23, 3356 Stonehurst, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 30 on a Will County warrant.

Elbert L. Conway, 64, 320 S. Ottawa, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Oct. 30 on a Will County warrant.
