Hernandez, 42, 2416 Grove Ave., Berwyn, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Jan. 19 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without being issued a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed and on a Will County warrant.
