Joliet Man's Body Found In Des Plaines River: Coroner
In January, the Joliet Fire Department searched the murky Des Plaines River on back to back nights after people jumped into the canal.

JOLIET, IL — The Will County Coroner on Wednesday announced that the body of 38-year-old Joliet resident Anthony Dunn was recovered late Tuesday afternoon from the Des Plaines River south of the Joliet.
Dunn's body was floating in the water near the 700 block of Railroad Street. The Illinois State Police District 5 is investigating the death. An autopsy performed Wednesday revealed that Dunn drowned, the coroner's office said.
On Jan. 21, Joliet Patch ran a short article announcing that Dunn was missing and the Joliet Police Department were trying to find him.
