Celebrate 45 Years Of 'Concerts On The Hill' This Summer

The free music series is coming back to Bicentennial Park every Thursday starting June 6.

JOLIET, IL — Concerts on the Hill are coming back to Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park near downtown Joliet for its 45th year. The free concert series, sponsored by CIBC and Wadsworth Golf Construction Company, will take place every Thursday throughout the summer starting on June 6and ending on Aug. 29.

Each concert will begin at 6:30 p.m., and music lovers will be treated to the sounds of numerous artists across different genres of music. While enjoying the music, attendees can also purchase beer, wine, soda, water, hot dogs and snacks at the park.

Chairs will be available to rent for $1 in advance or on the day of the show on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, CIBC will be offering giveaways and raffles for lawn chairs and bags.
