Celine's Pizza Liquor License Vote Looms At City Hall
Joliet's City Council votes Tuesday whether to approve a liquor license for Celine's Pizza. It's across from the new Will County Courthouse.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet City Council will vote Tuesday night whether to approve a Class B liquor license for a new downtown pizzeria that wants to open directly across from the new Will County Courthouse. Jack Bashir owner of the Ranch Liquors, 83 West Jefferson St., wants to open Celine's Pizza early this year in the storefront attached to his building.
Besides pizza pies, Celine's Pizza plans to sell pizza by the slice, chicken wings and offer beer and wine products.
Back in September, Bashir told Joliet Patch that he also wants to have an outdoor beer garden as part of Celine's Pizza.
