Crest Hill Shooting Involves 3 Vehicles: Chief

Monday evening's shooting prompted several Crest Hill police cars to converge in the area of Bicentennial Drive.

CREST HILL, IL — Crest Hill Police Chief Ed Clark said that area police departments have been notified about Monday evening's shooting involving three cars that all fled the area after several gunshots were fired.

Clark said it's his understanding that nobody was shot during the gunfire exchange that happened around 5:15 p.m.

The shooting happened in the area of Bicentennial Avenue and Cedarwood Drive.

On Wednesday, Crest Hill Police posted photos of the vehicles involved in the shooting in the hopes that someone can identify the suspects.
