JOLIET, IL — Get ready to rock out at the Rialto Square Theatre this summer as multi-Grammy Award winner Steve Earle & The Dukes take center stage along with special guests, The Mastersons. The show is set for Tuesday, June 2,5 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.

From an early age, Steve Earle realized his musical talents, even learning how to play the guitar at 11 years old. Then at 19, he moved to Nashville, and the rest is history. He has gone on to become one of the greatest singer-songwriters of his generation. Since releasing his first album, Guitar Town, over 30 years ago, Earle’s career has continued to soar.

His 19th studio album, GUY, was released in March and includes songs written by one of his late mentors, Guy Clark. On the 16-song track, he is backed by The Dukes, which consists of Kelley Looney on bass, Chris Masterson on guitar, Eleanor Whitmore on fiddle & mandolin, Ricky Ray Jackson on pedal steel guitar, and Brad Pemberton on drums & percussion.

Prior to Steve Earle & The Dukes hitting the stage, The Dukes’ members Chris Masterson and Eleanor Whitmore will open the show as The Mastersons. The husband and wife duo will treat concertgoers to songs from their latest album, Transient Lullaby.

Tickets for the show start at $30 plus tax and fees and can be purchased can be purchased via the Rialto website or box office.
