Enjoy “An Evening With Kristina Kuzmic” This July At The Rialto

JOLIET, IL — “An Evening with Kristina Kuzmic” is happening at the Rialto Square Theatre on Friday, July 12, at 8 p.m. The comedic internet sensation popular for her food and parenting vlogs is coming to Joliet for The Hope and Humor Tour, presented by the Rialto and Mills Entertainment. Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 15, at 10 a.m.

On her Instagram page, the Croatian-born vlogger’s bio reads “Exhausted (but happy) mom. Recovering Pessimist. Carb addict.” That same fun, down-to-earth persona has grown her online presence to over 2 million followers and helped her garner nearly one billion video views across her social media pages.

Kuzmic earned her first big break in 2001 when she won the reality television competition “Oprah’s Search for the Next TV Star.” Since that time, she has continued to shine. She went on to star in her own reality show on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) entitled “The Ambush Cook” and was even named an “IT PLUS girl” by the media maven herself.

Although she’s had an amazing career, Kuzmic has also faced her fair share of challenges including divorce and depression. However, she has not let that slow her down. Kuzmic has used her past hurts as inspiration for her career and her upcoming first book, "Hold on But Don’t Hold Still," set to release this Fall.
