Joliet Junior College's Welcome Week 2012 will feature the band Tropixplosion performing live; free food; a dunk tank that will raise money for charity; a bean bag tournament; free spin art t-shirts for students; and shaved ice.
In the case of inclement weather, the event will take place on the bridge.
